The Fine Line Creative Arts Center Fund was established to support the operating needs and capital projects of The Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles. The principal and income of the fund are available to assist this charitable organization. The agency also maintains an endowment fund with the Community Foundation to serve as a permanent resource for its future needs.
