Student Aid Report (SAR)

The SAR is required for the reevaluation process of many of our scholarships.

Each SAR submitted must contain the following items.

1.  Academic Year that SAR Represents

    (Currently, 2008-2009 is required)

2.  First and Last Name of the Student

3.  EFC Figure (Estimated Family Contribution)

Acceptable Forms

Shown below are examples of acceptable forms of a Student Aid Report (SAR).

The three items mentioned above are highlighted on these documents.

Unacceptable Forms

Shown below are examples of unacceptable forms of a Student Aid Report (SAR).

Notice that these documents do not include all three items as mentioned above.
