2012 Scholarship Program
The following information is for individuals who were selected to receive a scholarship through the 2012 Community Foundation Scholarship Program.
Processing of Scholarship Awards
Finalization Forms are to be submitted in June.
The finalization process for scholarship awards will occur during June and July.
Once your scholarship award is finalized and approved, a check will be mailed directly to the college you will be attending (in accordance with IRS regulations). Checks will be issued by mid-August.
Notification of Release of Scholarship Awards
An email notification will be sent to you once your scholarship award has been released to your college.
